My parents bought a lake cabin a little over a year ago; we spent this fall soaking up the fall colors and fishing until the water got cold and we had to take the boat out.
The most fun I had this fall was going on a haunted hay ride. We had a blast! Thanks for the chance to win.
It's been a pretty work-focused fall this year, but we had a lot of fun taking our daughter to a state park on a beautiful fall day and after being outside there for a while we took a boat tour through a cave!
our best fall activity was the fall festival - my little boy loved the slides and the goats!
Might not be terribly exciting, but I always look forward to carving pumpkins in the fall, so that's always fun! :)

The one of the most fun things I did this fall was raising money for the Heart Walk and then dressing as the Queen of Hearts for the Walk. It was a great time.

fall for me is all about the fall leaves.
The most fun thing we did this fall was join a local farmers' market as vendors. It was the most amazing experience - the whole family got involved & had a blast. Runner up was buying our first property - insanely & surprisingly fun. Then I got to learn to use a chainsaw clearing said property :)
Best thing I made was custom patio umbrella covers - no pattern, just went for it!
I am not sure I did anything fun this fall lol, not specifically fall related. I do enjoy when my 3 yr old brings me pretty leaves though :)

Honestly, the coolest or most fun thing I did this Fall was take a couple of art classes with Dyan Reavely of Ranger. I admire her work and product line, so I really enjoyed it. Thanks for the chance to win this cool basket of goodies, it is very generous of you to offer it.

I'm super-excited about a quilt I'm finishing up for my dad. I used the Starburst tutorial and some quilting designs from Angela Waters' book.
The most fun thing I did this fall was go to a great harvest festival with my kids!
It's still fall, right? So I'd have to say attending the Candlelight Processional at Disneyland. I guess that may considered winter-y, so making apple butter, from scratch, for the first time, would be another choice.

We had so much fun this fall making cider. The whole process was joy: finding unwanted apples and picking them, the pressing party, drinking fresh cider, listening to hard cider ferment away, and boiling down a few gallons to make delicious cider syrup. All was delightful!

Humm the most fun I had this fall has been all the hunting I have been able to do (I know so not quilter like but I am a wildlife biologist so...) I got to harvest 3 so far and that is the best I have done as well as stocking the freezer!

We always take our vacation in the fall and we did a wonderful driving trip through the Western States.
The most fun thing for me was time away with my hubby, celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary!!

Its just coming into Summer here in Australia but the best thing to do in Autumn (Fall) is camping because the weather doesn't get better any other time of year

The most exciting thing is the bathroom remodel we worked on. THis is mostly exciting because once it is done, we get to remodel the kitchen!!! :) (both were really bad when we moved in, 17 years ago-but so many other things needed to be fixed first.)

Funny and crazy family photos in my grandpa's sofa, 7 people sitting in the place for 3, they are great.
Took the kids to a fun farm that had just about everything imaginable to do including a zip line and huge pit of corn kernels.

Long walks with my toddler that turn into nature discoveries. We crafted a lot, but most fun was making leaf men. I had most fun making all the the little people and decorations for our nature table.

thanksgiving holiday at my sister in laws was heavenly. We ate, talked, had ping pong and fusball contests, watched movies and talked.
The funnest thing was celebrating my birthday! It's my favorite thing about fall. :)
The most exciting thing we did was buy 30 acres where we will build our new home in the spring.
The most fun I had was our Thanksgiving mid-day dinner with my sister and all of her kids and grandkids. I recently attempted making some stuffed animals and found it to be great fun.
We've just finished Spring here in Australia (and are heading into the most bizarre Summer weather ever! Think Sunny, Sunny, Rain, Thunder, Hot, Thunder, Rain, Sunny, Hail, Sunny..)
My favourite thing we did this Spring was celebrate a friend's wedding in their backyard - garden party style (my husband and kids were in the bridal party, and I made the wedding cakes). The roses were blooming, the ceremony was perfect.. and then it rained for the reception! But a good time was had by all. :)
We went to an apple orchard and picked apples, milked a cow, watched pig races, and ate too many apple fritters! Thanks for the great giveaway.
I had surgery :( But....the most fun I had right before that, maybe mid August, was take my grand-daughter to my daughter's house, different state, for a vacation! And us 3 gals had a ball!!
We did lots of camping and it was wonderful. The weather was good and the children really enjoyed being outdoors.

One Saturday that was too pretty to waste, we went to a nearby downtown area that has a great walking/biking trail and is connected over the river by old railway bridges -these have been refitted for walking/riding. Then we went out to another new walking trail. Saturday afternoon + my family and me = fun! Then off to try a new restaurant that we now just love!

Nothing in particular jumps out at me. I did enjoy today in Hancock's playing peekaboo with my toddler beside a group of curtains. She loved it and apparently so did everyone else in the store.
Coolest thing? Seeing my son get 'Rookie of the Year" for our local dragway...go, Speed Racer! Thank you for hosting this wonderful give-away!

Fall is my crunch time on making things with my charity group
Our college is in the playoffs for their division and we went to see their second round game. It was amazing. We've only had a football team for four years, so this is pretty new for us. Looking forward to many more games in years to come.
