On Saturday night, hubby and I hosted a group from our church for dinner. I love getting out my Christmas dishes, gold chargers and all, and setting a pretty table for special friends!
It was a progressive dinner, so there were several groups of people dining at several different homes. The fellowship committee had suggested we all serve soup.... which did sound delicious. But, alas, hubby would have none of that! We love to cook together.... so we made our stuffed flank steak again, with roasted asparagus and rice.
and yes, it was as delicious as it looks!
