on the road again

About a week ago I headed off to Phoenix to spend some time with Mom and Dad. Dad had some surgery this past week and I am happy to be here to help them out (He's home and healing). Luckily I have my Hexagon project to keep me busy! I finished up hexies 18, 19 and 20 early in the week....
And I am beginning to join some into rows....
Such a wonderful portable project. What do you work on when you're traveling?

Such happy colors! So glad your dad is home & healing - keeping y'all in my prayers.

Very pretty! I always take crocheting with me, or I've carried some hexies to be basted, but I usually don't end up working on them. At least I have them, just in case, though :)

Can't wait to see this as you continue!

I love how these are all different, Ellyn. Great project! When I travel, I usually take hexies or crochet. Either one can keep my fingers busy for a long time. =)
